CONSTRUCTION PLANNER (SPL)

He reports to the Site Project Control Coordinator. He ensures Construction planning by controlling deviations and prepares any reporting. (at Head Office) ? To prepare the standard manhour estimate based on design quantities and the established WBS and submit it to the Field Construction Manager for review; ? To prepare the Gant, the CPM, the progress curves and the manpower curves, based on the instructions of the Construction Manager and to check the documents produced against past experience; To initialize Field software for document management, material management, progress monitoring, collection of manhours employed and measurement of Safety indices; (in Site) ? To update the Detailed Construction Schedule and other documents prepared at Head Office, according to the instructions of the Construction Manager; ? To develop field activity schedules in greater detail, according to the instructions of the Field Superintendent, utilizing Company and Department software systems; ? To collect and process work progress curves and identify delayed activities; ? To arrange recovery plans with the Supervisors; ? To collect manhours employed and check the Contractor's efficiency trend against bid values; ? To prepare construction monthly progress report. BASIC KNOWLEDGE We look for someone who has occupied an equivalent position, working on large size projects, preferably in the petrochemical field, for at least 5 / 7 years. STUDIES Minimum Secondary school degree, preferentially scientific disciplines; Complementary University graduation technological and science discipline. LANGUAGE English commercial level is mandatory Italian Optimal Other languages complementary COMPUTER Windows applications knowledge good level Knowledge of Primavera application.
