Reading and understanding fabrication/ construction drawings/ piping isometrics, piping plot plans. Executing erection of columns, pressure vessels, construction and fabrication activities in piping related jobs. Explaining dismantling and installation sequencesrelated to the valves to the workmen. Communicating and coordinating with theclient and different departments within the Organization. Leading and motivating a workforce of 80-100 persons inside the Refinery.

Profile	Candidate should have an experience in erection and construction activities related to pressure vessels, columns, interconnected piping and their subsequent erection and dismantling inside oil & gas refineries. Should be able to lead the work front in shop and refineries.
