Responsibilities •Independently Managing the IT Department of Head Office and Branch office /showrooms with around 300 + PC’s on Network, running Windows 2003 Server. •Management of servers, routers, switches and firewall. •Manage threat and security, Offsite support to branches •Manage back up & DR. •Vendor Liaison and Asset procurement •Software and antivirus management & JDE administration. •Managing of Installation, Administration & Troubleshooting team •Overseeing activities of Exchange server administration, Coordination with Etisalat for ISP & telecom related Activities [Administration of SQL / Web server] •Managing Installation and Troubleshooting of Desktops and Laptops running under XP, Win2000 Prof. •Develop standards in providing technical assistance, maintenance and support to end-users. •Involve in supporting various modules of ERP Software JD Edwards. •Preparing Annual Budget and various Reports as per ISO Certification. •Managing Preparation of Daily and monthly Backups and monthly reporting to the MD. •Responsible for maintaining, upgrading and purchasing of the PC’s, Printers and Software. •Managing Installation of Software packages. Guiding staff at their requirements. •Analyzing departmental network issues do their requirements discussing with the director. •Managing maintenance of computers and weekly reporting to the director. •Manage Troubleshooting LAN and PC’s.
