A renowned group of companies in JV with Stemcor, a large UK based company with an annual turnover in excess of USD 6.0 billion in steel business is in the process of setting up a 1 MTPA steel mill progect at Karachi with an investment in excess of PKR8.0 billion. The company is looking for a suitable young, Chartered Accountant or MBA finance from a reputed institution for the position of Chief Financial Officer for its upcoming steel mills project. The candidate should have about 8-10 years of post qualification experience preferably with large manufacturing company. The job responsibilities of the candidate shall comprise the following:

a) Independently deal with bank for financial closure and related matters.

b) Participate as a part of the core team for implementing the project as per the business plan.

c) Set up necessary financial planning, budgetary control and management information systems.

d) Set up the requisite accounting and related systems & processes to be followed by implementation of ERP.

e) Accounting, finance, taxation, statutory compliance and related matters.
