This position will be responsible for the full goumet of HR with the major focus on --
1. Talent acquisition
2. Talent Management
3. Setting up and mentoring HR policies and procedure
4. Driving PMS ( Performance Management System)
5. Coaching and Mentoring
6. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a must.
The candidate shall be a MBA with relevant experience of atleast 7 - 10 years and atleast 3 years of experience in the UAE. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES BASED IN UAE MAY APPLY....
