The opening is for a multinational company with around 12 different group companies spread across the globe. This position is for thier Dubai office based in Jabel Ali free zone.

This position will be responsible for the full goumet of HR with the major focus on --
1. Talent acquisition
2. Talent Management
3. Setting up and mentoring HR policies and procedure
4. Driving PMS ( Performance Management System)
5. Coaching and Mentoring
6. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a must.
The candidate shall be a MBA with relevant experience of atleast 7 - 10 years and atleast 3 years of experience in the UAE. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES BASED IN UAE MAY APPLY....
