Responsibilities:

• To monitor the sequence and working process of the product from beginning to the end, and improve production's operation quality & efficiency.
• To solve all problems including quality problem that occurs during any production process.
• To maximize the output within the limitation of available materials and resource and to minimize reject rates.
• To lead the leader and operator as a team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma Or Professional Degree in Administration/ Management/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in supervisory role.
• Computer literate & mature personality.
• Experience in electrical & mechanical is added advantage.
