Visual Trading Systems provides robust trading software for clients and would like to introduce its software to the Chinese market. VT Trader is the flagship product of Visual Trading Systems that was the first to pioneer Trading Directly On the Chart™.

Responsibilities:
Visual Trading Systems is looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated individual to be the manager of its representative office in Shanghai. The role of the representative office is to educate and train interested parties on the use of Visual Trading software and to introduce people to the global financial markets. The representative office must attract people to its seminars and training sessions, which are centered around use of the Visual Trading software, as well as provide subsequent customer support.

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a plan for attracting people’s interest to Visual Trading software
- Create, implement, and manage the marketing plan for the office
- Set up operations for day-to-day organizational processes and ensure that such processes function properly
- Set up customer support for subsequent inquiries
- Manage a team of 3-5 people
- Hiring and HR
- Communicate regularly with the main office in New York

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong English Language
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Resourcefulness and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment are a must
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
