Responsibilities:

  • Provides first line assistance to employees and applicants covering all facets of the human resource function - recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, timekeeping; provides information and basic interpretation regarding a comprehensive range of HR administrative policies and procedures; performs or coordinates problem resolution on matters pertaining to day-to-day employment and employee relations administration; reviews, verifies and reconciles incoming employment documentation prior to data entry into the HRIS system and personnel files.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balintawak,Quezon City
