| REAL ESTATE/CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER- Fixtures REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT Job overviewThe Real Estate Department has a position for a full time Project Manager, Fixtures. This position reports to the Director, Real Estate, with the following responsibilities and required qualifications: Responsibilities Ownership and management of the fixtures component for all Real Estate project responsibilities, from start to finish, for all new and renovating stores to ensure all projects are executed on schedule and on budget. "Create and develop communications required for new and renovating stores: floor plans, construction phasing, fixture phasing, fixture drawings, and regular project reports. "Prepare, monitor and update budget reports for fixtures requirements for each project. Qualifications: Extensive exposure and experience within the design, planning, fixtures, construction and a multi-location retail chain industry with emphasis on multi-project management. "Previous supervisory experience. "Proven ability to: consistently meet deadlines, manage budgets and schedules, control costs, make sound business decisions while under pressure, provide leadership and direction, read construction and architectural drawings, and fixture specification details. "Essential time management, organization, and communication skills are essential (ability to speak French would be an asset). "Experience in AutoCAD or equivalent.
