Job overviewThe Real Estate Department has a position for a full time Project Manager, Fixtures. This position reports to the Director, Real Estate, with the following responsibilities and required qualifications:

Responsibilities

Ownership and management of the fixtures component for all Real Estate project responsibilities, from start to finish, for all new and renovating stores to ensure all projects are executed on schedule and on budget.
"Create and develop communications required for new and renovating stores: floor plans, construction phasing, fixture phasing, fixture drawings, and regular project reports.
"Prepare, monitor and update budget reports for fixtures requirements for each project.
