Responsibilities |
Diploma or relevant Engineering degree with 15 years of related experience in a Civil Construction Company ( roads & bridges).Overall strategy of ensuring a professional approach in all commercial, financial and contractual aspects while maintaining the Companys reputation with its Clients. Tender Compilation for General Manager review and submission of Tender. Dealing with all correspondence related to Commercial matters.Reporting on financial and contractual project related matters.Joint responsibility for commercial outcome of projects. Negotiation & preparation -pre-award and monitoring -post-award of subcontract. Responsible for C.A.R, Insurance and Bond related matters.Monitoring and compilation of cost information for monthly reports, and upgrading cost data.Follow up payment certificates with Consultants and Client, notification to relevant departments for their action. Ensure proper cost reporting and control in Projects and update resource cost analysis. General well being of all commercial staff.Liaise with QA QC Departmentand review Quality System procedures. |
