Candidate screening & scheduling interviews Managing staff files Sickness and Absence Management Daily Attendance & coordination with Finance Department Development and Maintenance of Procedures and Processes Prepare Offer letters & Employment Contracts Coordinate with admin department with Call Center staff requirements such as salary certificates, visas, ID cards, passport requests etc.. Handle all leave requests for the Call Center Management Reports Staff Relations |

| Profile | Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization. Ability to deal confidentially with information and issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently speak and deliver induction sessions to new staff. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and in a team to accomplish goals. Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity. |
