Responsibilities |
Our client, a Multinational Company in the Oil and Gas industry is need of experienced Buyers to be based in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have good experience and proven ability in similar role within Oil & Gas industry. Fluent English is a must for all candidates. Should possess good communication and negotiation skills. Should be able requests for offer based on the requests for procurement with detailed technical specification, terms and conditions, etc. Should be able to analyze (economically and technically) various tenders and able suggest one vendor, should be able to identify contract activities and contract clauses.
