Must have 10 to 15 years experience on health, safety and environmental (HSE) issues. Knowledge of review all submittals from the Contract on HSE issues, especially with regard to working at underground conditions; aability to write and implement concise reports, policies and procedures, rules and regulations in safety. Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and drive complex projects with interdisciplinary approaches; ability to work well with and to coach others; strong communication skills; ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations; ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks; outstanding analytical / problem solving skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
