In this newly created role you will lead the business development team (Asia wide) in developing and implementing professional sales and client service strategies and activities throughout Salzer Consulting for both current and prospective clients in order to achieve the group’s annualised targets. You will also drive the Consultancy team to scope and deliver high quality HR Consultancy assignments on-time, on-specification and on-budget. Assisting, in conjunction with the other members of the executive team, with the development of the strategic direction of Salzer Consulting, you will be a key member of the company.
