CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS-USA

- Assist Engineering and Construction team in project design and development including scope, subcontractor selection, capital cost, installation estimating, and project scheduling.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to assure competitive cost, best schedule and delivery for all project-related equipment, supply installations, and construction services.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control and project delivery on time and within budget, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Foster effective customer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships at multiple levels and project phases.
- Provide ongoing project status updates with all parties throughout design and construction.
- Evaluate technologies and equipment; recommend most suitable for each application.
- Provide project reports, documentation, technical assistance, support, and collaboration.
- Manage project expenditures and job cost accounting processes: including accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, and tracking.
- Perform other duties as required.

QUALITY CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE-USA

Manage the Quality Control (QC) process including scheduling, daily inspections and results reporting.
Operate Primavera P3 project management software to interface with United States Army Corps of Engineers RMS for submittal of daily QC reports, weekly CPR’s and other documentation required for Ameresco's monthly progress payment applications.
Ensure USACE and Ameresco mandated documentation is properly completed and, submitted to appropriate reporting authority.
Coordinate with Government project management personnel and subcontractors to ensure proper QC procedures and documentation are performed and maintained.
Perform other duties as required by your supervisor.

- Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and repair, including daily logs, preventive maintenance tasks, and reporting requirements.
- Perform and assist with inspection and overhaul activities.
- Provide equipment inspection, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and diagnoses of plant equipment and systems.
- Partner with landfill operator to extract landfill gas in a proper, safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
