    Reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO, the Director Marketing is required to lead a team of more than 150 sales and marketing executives across the country. Essentially with an experience of 10-15 years in marketing and sales, the candidate should be result oriented, aggressive, and go-getter.

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably 1 Yr Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • Full-Time positions available.
    • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

    Present Assignment: Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (Feb. 20, 2007 till Present) Designation: Branch Manager, Indore 2 Employer: Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Scope of work: Overall in-charge of Sales and branch administration. Responsibilities: • Handling Sales team of 16 Agency Manager at Indore 2 Branch as In-charge. • Handling day to day sales related activities. • Managing support in training and recruitment of managers and Insurance consultant • Target tracking. • Strategy devising for target achievement. • Monitoring customer and agency promotion and development activities. • Extending branch level support to operations and accounts. • Monitoring issuance of policies and pending with Head office.

    We hold seminars for companies and seeking for matured candidates to servicfe the existing client.

    • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably those with experience in email/internet marketing, internet database search, simple website design, website maintenance or equivalent.
    • Able to provide creative & innovative ideas & solutions to market the company's products globally.
    • Good communication skill, both written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay.
    • Possess own transport.
