• Investment Viability Study – The project involved study of bamboo flooring market of a region to find out whether a particular company was a lucrative option for investment. I was responsible for studying the patents related to bamboo flooring, filed by a company, and the factors impacting decision making for the flooring purchase

• Efficiency Practice Area analysis of Telecom Operators – The analysis of the business strategies of major telecom operators in the specific regions was the main objective of this project. I have analyzed the strategy of three major operators in a particular region, and also predict the growth of telecom market in the region

• Identified M&A targets in Food Processing and CSI market space – The aim was to identify companies in the food processing, consulting, security and system integration domains, in the regions specified by the client. My task was to generate the list of companies based on certain parameters, and have also profiled the lucrative companies among them

• Tracking activities of European Fixed Telecom Operators – The project involved the study of operator’s operational and financial activities, and infrastructure advancements. I was the lead analyst for the project and was responsible for the quality and operational activities of the team.

• Generation of Monthly Newsletters, which focused on BRIC Nations and European Countries– Lead and managed the project; the project focuses on identifying the major investment activities in sector of steel, banking & finance, automotive sectors. It also focused studying economic and political developments in European Union

• Investment Viability Study over transformer industry in India– The project involved identifying the key targets for investment in transformer industry, for PE client. Studied various growth drivers and key indicators, which influence the market as well the growth rate and opportunity in the present market.
